By accessing or using the Seven Stars platform you confirm that you are at least 13 years old and agree to be bound by these Terms of Service and our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, do not use the platform.
You must provide accurate information when creating an account. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials and for all activity that occurs under your account. Notify us immediately of any unauthorised use.
You retain ownership of all music and content you upload. By uploading, you grant Seven Stars a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free licence to host, stream, distribute and display your content to enable the platform's services. You represent that you own or have all necessary rights to the content you upload.
You may not upload content that infringes third-party copyrights or trademarks; contains illegal, harmful or abusive material; misrepresents your identity; or attempts to reverse-engineer, scrape or disrupt the platform. Violations may result in immediate account termination.
Royalty rates are set by Seven Stars and are visible in your artist dashboard. Payout requests are processed manually within the timeframes stated in the app. We reserve the right to withhold payouts pending fraud investigation. Verified artists receive enhanced royalty multipliers.
We may suspend or terminate your account at any time for violation of these Terms. You may delete your account at any time from your profile settings. Termination does not affect royalties already earned and pending payout.
The platform is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We do not guarantee uninterrupted access, specific earnings or a minimum number of streams. We are not liable for indirect or consequential damages arising from your use of the platform.
These Terms are governed by the laws of the jurisdiction in which Seven Stars is registered. Any disputes will be resolved through binding arbitration or the courts of that jurisdiction.
